Video: Position Tracking Comparison with LPR-2D and D-GPS on a Container Terminal

The video shows the movement tracking of a straddle carrier driving along the quay of a container terminal. The position is captured with an LPR-2D/D-GPS combination receiver at HHLA Burchardkai in Hamburg.

GPS satellite signals are reflected from the structure of large quay cranes in the vicinity of the driving path, heavily affecting the accuracy and reliability of D-GPS in that area of the terminal.
