"Laser without Light": LPR-1DHP Distance Measurement

LPR-1DHP sensors measure distances of up to 500 m with a precision up to ± 1 cm. The signal used is an electromagnetic wave at a frequency of 61 GHz, not affected by dust, dirt and adverse weather conditions. The integrated antenna has a signal opening angle of 4° (horizontal and vertical). Installation and alignment of the units is therefore easy and vibrations on moving parts do not affect the accurate measurement.

LPR-1DHP is the ideal distance sensor to monitor and automate linear movement on cranes, transfer cars and other machines in indoor and outdoor applications. Drive synchronization of cranes is one example.
