Technical Support

Do you need a replacement part or quick on-site/telephone support?

Our trained team of technicians can provide you with the following services:

  • Installation and commissioning: mechanical set up, cabling, functional testing, documentation, software configuration
  • On-site support and troubleshooting: fault analysis and technical problem resolution
  • Commissioning check: overall review of the installation and functionality (particularly the mechanical and electrical elements) including verification of the configuration, communication interfaces, switch outputs and cabling
  • Support hotline: remote support for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, technical problem resolution, software updates
  • Service contracts: customer service on Mondays to Fridays (9:00 am to 5:00 pm CET/CEST), preventative maintenance, extended warranty
  • Training: operational functionality, device parameters, swapping out equipment, commissioning, troubleshooting
  • Spare parts delivery and repairs
