We’re paving the way for radar.
Visit us at Booth 210 in Hall 27. At the international trade fair for transportation technology, we’ll show you how radar technology can be effectively used in railway infrastructure and rolling stock applications. Our goal is to establish radar as a complement to existing sensor technologies, thereby further enhancing safety and resilience in rail transportation.
At our booth, we’ll be showcasing our AVR-QDM-110 Eval-Kit, a high-performance MIMO radar evaluation platform. The sensor array is flexibly configurable and deployable and has already been tested in various customer projects to evaluate applications of imaging radar technology in rail transportation as well as in other logistics sectors.
To illustrate the wide range of possible applications for radar, we’ll have a demonstrator on hand to showcase contactless vibration measurement using a 120-GHz radar.
As a development partner, we’ll also share insights from real-world experience. In our presentation “Radar as a Key Technology: Challenges and Opportunities” Thomas Hörl-Weinhold (VP Industry Business Development) and Hakim Kolsi (Senior Field Application Engineer) will discuss the factors that determine the success or failure of radar sensor projects.
